And fed ex. Ripped me off for $333.95 waterford michigan

On dec 04 I ordered a men's watch for the amount of $333.95. From kenmarwatches.com, Which I was billed trough my credit card co. And never receiver my order. Kenmarwatches claimed that FED EX delivered the watch to my address. The order required a signature so the package can be deliver in person, even do I purchsed delivery insurance the package never made it. Now fed ex claims that there was someone the to sign upon delivery, I guess it might be a ghost because no one was home at the time of delivery.

Fed ex has made a decision regarding my problem the are not honoring my claim nor kenmarwatches is doing it's part. Kind of suprising there still legal crimes commited by business and they seem to get away from it. What can I do please help.
