SECRETCASHCARD, EVERHIDE, SECRET CASH CARD SERVICE debited my bank account illegally INTERNET

This company debited my bank account illegally - claiming since I gave my information to someone else on the internet for a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PURPOSE that they hed the right to do this. I had never heard of this company EVER before until I saw a debit come out of my bank account. They claimed they sent me a virtual card for the amount they debited from my account but I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THE FIRST EMAIL FROM THEM - NOT A THANKS FOR ENROLLING - YOUR CARD IS ENCLOSED - NOTHING until I started complaining this morning on their website.

Their phone # that I got of the ACH CHECK THAT came through my account is answered by an answering service and if you call it - they say well they dont call people back - visit the web to complain lol - WHY have an answering service if you can't even leave a message?

They cloak and hide their IP from everyone - they refused to call me - they refused to put the money back in my account - they did tell me I could ASK FOR A REFUND ON THE REFUND WEBSITE - but in doing that I would have to select the option - I made a mistake - I dont want the card - and the police I talked to today told me not to do that!!! That in their opinion was admitting I did it and since I didn't they said I should NOT do that - and besides that they MAIL you a check and it could take two weeks! I WANT THE MONEY PUT BACK INSTANTLY JUST LIKE IT WAS RIPPED OUT!!!

More than anything else i want to warn people not to trust them - they have horrible business practices and scam people!
