Intellius ripoff promises all the info yet gives you none charges you a fortune

I ordered a background report from Intellius for $100, I got absolutely nothing back. I got a report stating you can get criminal records and addresses and phone numbers in a specific state. I requested NY and they said for this particular individual has 11 records show for NYS Criminal yet my report gives me nothing.

I know for a fact this individual i requested the report on has a criminal record in NYS, yet I call Intellius and request a refund and they said they are sorry they couldnt get the records for me, the problem must be on the other parties side. THey said that they could not get that info for me, but I was able to find them with public records myself. Yet Intellius supposedly the largest and able bodied company who can get me this info, got me nothing.

I want a refund they refused. I was charged $100 for nothing
