EZinkjets.com, Inkjets Direct Rip-off, Merchandise Never Sent, Credit Card Charged. Dont buy anything from this co. Made purchase in October Never received product or refund!

I want my money back!!! I purchased ink cartridge from this company back in October and they never sent anything to me. I called in November and they told me it was on back order and in January I called and told them I wanted a refund and they said that many people were waiting for refund and that I would go on a long list to be refunded.

Still to this day I have never received anything. These people lie and cheat people out of money. They need to be stopped and charged for Fraud and put in jail.
