Ripoff dirty ripoff dogs mistreated and ripped off

Bought a $7000 custom built computer system from them with lots of software, much of the software doesn't work, some tool bars don't show, the modem only works occasionally. System doesn't function as promised. The case arrived damaged, was repaired on the second try. Treated like an idiot on the phone when explaining problems, only to have the problems verified on the one occasion the service man visited the equipment site. Many calls over the last two weeks to the service manager and general manager go unanswered. Frustration level very high. Help is refused by the software houses "It's an OEM problem, see your supplier" only wish I could get his attention.
