XFX video card rebate scam using the date denial postcard Ripoff

Spent $1,400.00 on computer parts with New Egg. Months after submission, XFX sent me the hated post card saying "the receipt you submitted was dated prior to the qualifying period.
They have all the paperwork, months have passed and the amount of $30 is small enought where most people wont spend more time on it.

XFX is a petty rip off company and they are aided by hiding behind rebatestatus.com.

The rebate was valid and the denial of valid rebates by comsumer electronics companies has become common place and typical of what we as consumers have come to expect from them.
