Ripoff rebate scam invalidating qualifying rebates, Niagara Falls New York

Received an email about my rebate being invalid. I keep a pdf of all my rebate submissions and met every requirement so I sent my pdf file as well as comments saying that they were wrong about me not qualifying. Usually this step enlightens rebate companies and they send the rebate. Not rebatestatus.com, they sent me another failure for the same reason, something to do with the qualifying dates for the rebate.

I looked up rebatestatus.com on networksolutions.com/whois and found it's owned by Continental Promotions Group so I logged a BBB report on them and am listing this information on usacomplaints.com.

There should be a class action lawsuit against this company for practices like this. How many people have they "stolen" from for incorrect processing? How do they make money doing this? They must be making more money somehow by invalidating rebate requests. File a BBB report against Continental Promotions Group if you've been ripped off by rebatestatus.com, that's my suggestion for now.
