Usacardservices, frauds, liars. They contact those who fill out online business opp, have good credit and cheat them!

USAcardservices, or USA Card Services (there are 2 spellings listed in the consumer complaintss) is apparently still up to lying and deceiving. I can sympathize with Rose from FL, although her situation is much worse than mine. I have just settled with their partner in crime-LADCO Leasing, and their partner CCA, of Union City, CA.

The same con man, Paul Ghassami, contacted me over a year ago after I had signed up with a business opportunity site. I was unemployed at the time, but had good credit. I fell for the "you'll be making money in no time bit" when I said I didn't have the money to pay for the machine rental. But desperate to earn money and being unemployed at the time, I had time to "work" on my online website and signed up.

"We will help you make money, we only make money when you make money, etc., etc., etc.." From the very beginning that was a lie because they got their "rent" every month whether I made a sale or not.

Suffice to say, nothing was as stated, just encouraging, flowery words with no substance to back them up. I had a success coach, Jason Langford, to "HELP" me succeed, but the only one who succeeded was Jason, who proudly proclaimed that he had won the company contest to see who could get their fake website the highest on the search engines. A lot of good that did me.

I worked so hard on my website and had it looking good, but the search engines couldn't find it because it did not have the proper "code" so the search engines could read it. I could go on and on, but after 8 months or so I finally admitted to myself that I had been had. The months of hard work and all the expense, including rental of a credit card machine that I did not need for my online business, amounted to one sale with net profit of about $4.00. I still believe this was a "plant" as my site had not yet been listed on the major websites.

If you are contacted by USA Card Services, my advice is to hang up immediately. Believe me, they have been at this a LONG time and are totally persuasive, and will take advantage of your desire to have a home based business of your own. The four year contract they make you sign to participate is, as far as I and scores of others have been able to determine, —UNBREAKABLE. Even death does not release you-because you agree to let them go after your estate, next of kin, etc. Beware!!
