Last cheque bounced 3 weeks ago. A real scam company compulinx - last cheque bounced on 22nd october- rip off news white plains

Terrence chalk, hired me in Dec and I was not paid since January last week till April first week of 2006. He promised to pay us in the second week of Feb reason as there was a delay in payment deposits as per Terrence due to which they did not pay us. We all kept waiting and there was no sign of payment.

So the company had no option and then they tied up with a consulting company and got engineers to work as consultants with them. We informed those consultants and made them aware of the situation. I Lost more than 3 cheques and didnt get paid till today. Finally all left, and there was no point to wait. So i filed the complaint with DOL. Department of labor investigated and finally they managed to get me a cheque from the company just 3 weeks ago.

But unfortunately, when I deposited the cheque it bounced back and I reported back to DOL. They are investigating with the FBI now to see if something can happen. This company not only had financial problems right from the beginning of this year, but they could not even pay their phone bills which got disconnected while I was working there. Terrence hired employees on work permit visas and aimed to get them out of status to take advantage of those employees in the long run.
