Usacardservices Deceptive Drag-net to Ripoff $'000s from Innocent Americans

In May of I was cunningly bamboozled to lock myself to USA card services offer of an e-website and training to include a 50 page e-commerce website, submission to top search engines, unlimited products shopping cart, domain name registration, virtual credit card terminal, 7 day internet marketing course, 250 color business cards and 1 year of free hosting.

I specifically told Paul G that I'm unemployed and that I would like to make at least $500 weekly from a home-based business. He was able to convince me that Usacardservices is the right choice and that I would be making enough money to pay my monthly payments. He stated that I will be making more than $500 weekly and that I need to sign a lease agreement to have my website built and activated and to have my virtual credit card terminals set-up. He also stated that after a year, the company would be willing to invest $120,000 to expand my business.

I was assigned a personal coach, Adrian, who assured me that I would be making sales SOON. I have discovered that within a week, my account was taken over by another company, Ladco Leasing. This got me suspicious.

What further open my eyes, to realized how stupid I was to be tricked in signing this lease, was that I could have gotten the services they have offered for free or much, much cheaper. According Monique and her RIP-OFF experience, All that USA card Services offers is a program' that you can get on your own free of charge or for a nominal expense.

The website templates are generic and easy to access by simply doing a search for website templates on a search engine, the e-commerce merchant accounts are provided through various sources such as Authorize.net that you can access on your own (USA card services bills you $10.00 per month for this gateway); the training and resources are provided by gosmallbiz.com (you can access this directly also), 250 free business cards are provided by Vistaprint.com (a reputable company that charges a nominal S&H fee for agreeing to have their name on the back of your free business cards), all you get from USA card services is a link to the free services they offer.

You can get all they offer yourself by logging on to the websites that they are affiliated with, and without having to sign an expensive and unconscionable lease agreement.

Due to the fact that I'm unemployed, I was unable to make the lease payments because my website has not made any sale - that's 9 months without a sale. I'm so disappointed to now that I went into a lease contract with a company that KNEW from the beginning that they are going to scam me of $5000. They have it all worked out. So regardless if you are employed or unemployed, they are sure to get their $5000 upfront and leave me and other Americans, locked in a non-cancellable lease with their counter-part, Ladco Leasing. That CANNOT be right or fair.

There has to be a way to make this lease void so that innocent people can be let lose of this Rip-off lease agreement.

It's amazing how Usacardservices can sit down and concoct such a deceitful scheme to swindle thousands of dollars from the pockets of average Americans. Is there any redress for the victims, like myself? How Usacardservices can put so many Americans into DEBT? Do they have a conscience? Do we have anybody who can save us from this trap? Is there any government agency that can HELP us? We are crying out.

I just found out that my credit score has been affected. There is a collection agency threatening me about court action if I don't pay something to my balance which has now been increased by $2000. What a TRAP.

Thanks to this Site, I thought that I was alone.

Is there anyone out there who can help to make this lease void?

The government needs to investigate usacardservices.
