48 month lease with Ladco for a credit card machine at only 96.99 per month ripoff they are scam artists & liars

My wife was called by USA card services in November about starting a internet business my wife who was unemployed at that time got smoothed talked into signing a 48 month lease with Ladco for a credit card machine at only 96.99 per month.

USA told her they was investing 5,000 dollars in to her business with no money up front on her part. My wife sells SMC products and wanted a internet site to sell them on. The sales rep asked her what kind of money she wanted to make monthly she had a goal of 3,000 per month the sales rep stated she would make or exceed that amount using their services.

My wife being very excited signed up with USA card services to make a long story short my wife was sold a generic unuser friendly website a credit card machine she did not need and poor technical support from USA she worked hard trying to get her business up and running after 12 months and not making one red cent she finally called it quits she cancelled her bank account and returned the unused credit card machine to Ladco leasing she was sent a collections notice by C.C. A asking for 5031.29 now my math may not be good but 96.99x 48 months is 4655.52 they show no credit for the 12 months she paid on the lease or any credit for the liquidation of the returned credit card machine.

After reading the other Ripp-off reports on this company it sounds like 5,000 is the going rate for default. With so many people being taken by this company I bet C.C. A has a standard fill in the blank form for Ladco leasing asking for 5.000 dollars on default to scare you into a settlement for more money. We will refuse to pay and plan on filing a complaint to the oklahoma attorney generals office on USA and Ladco, s deceptive business practice.
