Fujiplus Monitor was sent to me from fujiplus as repaired but I received monitor as damaged now they refuse to repaira monitor they sent broken

This company is very difficult to work with. They have the attitude that we have your money now we will give you nothing in return. I sent to MMITEK a Fuji plus 17in. LCD monitor that I had used for less than six weeks and it became unworkable I called in for a RMA number for return repair and then send it back for repair I could not wait till this unit was repaired because I had a lot of business to do so I bought a another monitor when I received what I thought was a repaired monitor from MMITEK I placed it in my storage room for a few weeks.

Soon after needed the other monitor so I pulled out the Fuji plus monitor that I had back from repair to set up a computer with this monitor. I examined the box and found that the box had signs of miss handling of my LCD monitor and when I turned on the monitor it did not work I called MMITEK and got a new RMA number to send The LCD monitor back.in a few days I received a phone call from Jessica staff stating that that they're a fuse the repair of my monitor I explained that I had sent the monitor back to her for repair earlier and now opened the box I received to find the monitor broken an she asked me for the old RMA number that I send it to her on and I could not find number and I ask her if they do not keep records of their RMA numbers she said yes but they could not find mine so I told her that on the box was the sticker where the company had sent me back the LCD monitor.

After a few days of looking to find the old RMA number I called and explain I could not find this number she then went on to explain that she could not fix my monitor because it was damaged. I understand and I told her that I did understand that the unit was damaged that it was damaged because Fuji plus do not pack the monitor properly for shipping and now the URL CD monitor is broke and she refused to listen any further and also refused to even send the LCD monitor back to me I had a threatened know that I was going to take them to small claims court then she finally agreed to pay for the shipping of the LCD monitor back to me but now I still have a monitor that is broken because of the way the company handled the shipment of my LCD monitoring and will not repair my LCD monitor even though it is under warranty
