Ought a computer with a flat monitor included, few days after the first month the flat monitor got dammaged with a vertical line in it. They told they will replace the monitor but sent a refurbished monitor. They didn't accept to send a new one.
At this moment I have a complaint against them in the department of consumer affairs.
