Unrequested charges on bill and call ended by representative

I tried to sell a few items on ebay. There was some charges that where on the billing that I didnt request. I have tried to get them to call me to remove the items on my bill but they would call me. Instead they informed me that I needed to go online and wait for a "Live Chat" with a representative. Each time I went online there was a minimum of 13 minutes, my time is more important than to wait. So I called and I was hung up by customer service representative Kristin.
