Ripoff can't get a hold of them to cancel or get a refund

I signed up for the 7 day free trial. I gave it a try for a couple of days and when nothing happened. I tried to cancel or at least make it to where they wouldn't start the monthly charge after the 7 days, but of course it didn't work therefore I've been charged twice by these people when I did not want their service.

Please let me know what I need to do or if you can retrieve my money from them. I just tried to get on their support website and of course couldn't get anywhere. Let me know asap. Thank you.
