They steal your money and don't provide you with the service

I ordered their 7 day trial for $2.95. They never sent me instructions on how to use the service. They just sent me a receipt for my payment. So, I just counted the $2.95 as a loss and called them to cancel my order.

I called them to cancel. They told me to go to www.cancel. Freelanceworkexchange.com and fill out the form to cancel my subscription. I did. I filled out the form and followed the link back to the website through my email.

Well, when I followed the link the screen said that by performing the function I just did, I did not cancel my paid subsription, only my email subscription. So. I called them back again and they said "oh don't worry it's cancelled. You can do it again if you like just to make sure and send a letter to support; but you won't be charged the $29.95 day after tomorrow."

Well I went through the whole process again twice. I also sent an email to support. 2 days later, I was charged $29.95.

This company should be banned from using PayPal. They are crooks and they have their system set up to steal your money and their agents flat out lie to you so that you aren't able to cancel your subsription with them.

They make it completely impossible to cancel. Then, on top of that, you don't even gain usage of the product when you order the 7 day trial. I still don't even have a log in to use the service and I've been charged $29.95. This company really needs to banned from PayPal and from their web host server. They've been around for a long time and I've always planned to try there service. I can't believe what thieves they are. They are not reputable merchants. Wehn I called them for a refund, no one answered the phone. This feels really violating. Hopefully, I will get resolution through my bank or through PayPal. Please don't fall for this scheme.
