Complete rip off I tried to cancel my account for 3 months

Miscellaneous

This company is the biggest rip off I have seen. I tried for 3 months through email and by phone to cancel my account.

I would get email replies saying glad you like our service thanks for letting us know.
Or something completely off subject of what I wrote to them.

When I called on the phone I would be put on hold 20 minutes or more and nobody ever answered.

They finally canceled my service then I get a charge on my debit card for 3 months service. I started trying to cancel 5-10 days before my free trial was up.

The service also says you will get $20 or $25 in free postage and a free postage meter, funny I never got that. Or a welcome package or anything from them.
I printed out a couple of stamps, didn't even use but maybe $2 that they gave in the account when I signed up.
I have filed a complaint with bbb.org.

I emailed them and told them I wanted a refund and they said glad you emailed us please let us know if we can help you out in the future.

I think these people are on drugs or something it is the most ridiculous set up I have ever seen.
They are tricking people into signing up for their service then will not cancel and thenn want to charge them for service they didn't use.
