False offer and multiple charges to credit card Internet

Company Download Nova offered movies to download for 4.97, but charge 3 charges to my credit card for other websites. The movie site did not work.
They offered one time charge of 4.97, but then sent mail to me that the charge would be 39.73 per month on two different accounts and 9.97 on another account.
