Com - SurplusAlert ripoff unauthorized billing

I am also a victim of this company. I had cancelled my account and when I received my credit card bill I had been charged $29.95. I called SurplusAlert and of course they had no record of my phone call and had also informed me they had charged my credit card again. I asked them to refund the 2 charges of $29.95 and they refused. They informed me there was nothing I could do.in all I had contacted the company 4 times. I called my credit card company and they filed a dispute charge and my money was back in my account by midnight. They also informed me I could file a complaint with VISA and Mastercard and several other places. If enough complaints were filed against them action would be taken. They filed a complaint to the banks on my behave. Anyone who has been ripped off by them and talks to there bank or credit card company about the charges should also request them to file a complaint to these companies. Maybe this will get their attention.
