Surplusalert.com ripped me off lied to me and stole from my checking account

Be Aware! I received a phone call early morning asking if I would like to receive a package from surplusalert.com to learn how to buy and sell on e-bay. She said, " you dont need to spend any money now except for $3.27 for shipping and handling." So I accepted to the $3.27 to be withdrawn from my checking account. Then I receive a call from my bank on 3-13 saying that surplusalert.com withdrawn money in the amount of $29.95 making my account overdrawn and adding on an over draft fee of $33.00. I called surplusalert.com support team members and I spoke with Carol. I asked for a phone number to reach Robert Brady or the surplusalert.com headquarters. She says they will investigate. She wouldnt give me any information other than the headquaters were located in Utah somewhere.

I did put a cancelation on the account they had for me. I dont think that their should be an investigation on me when they are the ones who stole, lied, and ripped me off. I think they need to pay for what they done to me and all of the others that told their story. Please lets take action and get them shut down before more people get ripped off they way I did!
