Ripoff Customer is not number one

Sign up for computer and free 17" monitor
was told i would recieve it. After 6 weeks of paying
810.00 later no computer. I requested to cancel.
It is said to be cancled but they would not
give me anything in writing said my account number
was my confirmation. No computer and I lost 810.00.
They did inform me that if I had did this in June
I would have lost only 175.00 and ther rest refunded.
But that is their new rule I don't apply.
