Awful company

In March I ordered a computer from BlueHippo, and was told that after 13 payments I would receive my computer. I was late on a few payments. As of march 3 my account has been paid in full. Every time I call I ask to speak to upper management, but they tell me that they can not put me through because they will get fired. (how stupid does that sound)? I thought that was what upper management was for. The customer service would not let me talk to a supervisor either. After March 3rd. I called at least 3 times a week, for two or three weeks. After being told every time that my account has not yet been reviewed by upper management. They say that I should be recieving my computer within 7-10 business days. It is now August 16 and still I have not received my computer. To anyone who is thinking about going through BlueHippo for financing, (DON'T DO IT!!!) For the price of what they charge you could go elswhere and buy 2 computers. Thank you for letting me vent my frustrations. I hopes this helps other people who are thinking of going through BlueHippo for computers. I wish I had done my research first. I will never do that again.
