Ripoff i paid for items and never received them

I am upset that on May 6, I made two purchases and paid with seller name 2143beecher 2 dvds of show 24. Total purchase price $70.59.

These never arrived! I have filed a claim with no response. If I dont get any protection refund or response I, too will get on board with the class action suit and will write to the San Jose Attorney Generals office.

In trying to contact the seller, I have been notified that the seller is no longer registered. How can this happen. I have been a ebay user for several years with a 100% positive record.

How about half.com protecting customers from ripoffs... I want action now!
