Ripoff

I had purchased 2 Sony PSP's from a seller on half.com and never received them. I filed buyer protection claims and it's been two months with no action from half.com to resolve the issue. I've contacted customer service several times and they claim to be working on it.

The seller is no longer a registered member of half.com or ebay. I have followed the procedures, and have received nothing in return.
