Count another person who fell prey to the false advertising of this company. On August21 I listened to an advertisement on my cable television. I've checked local rentals of computers and they aren't much different in prices. But they don't give the customer the 3-in-1 bundle (printer/copier/scanner) plus the digital camera with the computer as this company did.

So, I made the phone call and set up the payments to be taken directly from my bank account.

That was the biggest mistake I ever made. They were prompt to take my money from my account. But all requests for shipment of the product were met with an excuse. 1st it was that payments took 10 days to clear with main office. 2nd: I supposedly gave them a non-existing address. 3rd: It was scheduled to be shipped on Dec. 14 and would be here by Christmas Eve. 4th: In frustration, I threatened to end payments and was informed I couldn't. I tried but bank wouldn't stop payments. 5th: They were not to blame / Gateway had shipped it to wrong address in Dec. (this wasFeb. 12). They had paid in full therefore I had to pay them in full. March I got the computer by paying it off. But still no 3-in-1 nor camera and it is now July, 15
