I fell for the ad on tv for Financing Alternatives Inc. Bad Credit-no problem Scam.

I Started in Sept by making an order for a Acer laptop. I have made all the payments the contract asked for to Qualify for shipment. As a matter of fact each payment was $155.95 per month, deducted directly from my checking account. I was supposed to receive my computer by the end of Dec. 2006. Never happened. I was informed that there were shipping delays, and they were sorry, and offered a free printer as an added bonus for the delay. Also the delay time was pushed up to March.

More. Now I call and they say they have another "shipping" problem and add they say how sorry they are, and they will give me a $250.00 credit for their delay. I look through their web site, and nothing there is less than $250.00, so I call and explain this. They say they can upgrade my computer, but it has to be a DELL.By this time I don't care and say yes with a delivery date of April 30. That has come and gone, so I call (you know the long wait) and finally they say that MAY 31 I should have my delivery.

NOW. I get this "We're Sorry" e mail AGAIN and my order will have to wait 120 days more before I can get it! Now I'm extremely MAD and call asking for a supervisor. I supposedly get one and tell my "sad " story to her. She is a very rude person and says If I do not like the service, I have to WRITE the office a letter. I do. Demanding ALL my money BACK! Or That merchandise better be on my doorstep by may 31. Now no answer yet, but I have only 4 payments left, when I should have had the computer after the first 4 payments. I am not sending any more payments. I need a good lawyer familiar with these people and sue.
