Ripoff, bad service, bogus office phone number, lia

I got online to find a sticker for my boyfriend, it is a "Piss on Ford Sticker". I ordered it on June 2nd 2006. I e-mailed Dave Lund, the owner of Stickit2u.com in the mid of June to find out when the sticker would be delivered, and he emailed me back and told me that they didn't have to internet and that they would send out the sticker sometime that week.

Well two weeks went by and there was no sticker. So I e-mailed him again and he told me the same thing again, that he is sorry but they don't have to internet and that he would send it out that week. I still have yet to recieve the sticker, (it's July 13th, it shouldn't take that long to send a stupid sticker from Utah to Oklahoma)

I called the office phone and there is always a busy signal, I called his cell phone and he never answers, so I left him messages, and I have e-mailed him again and still have yet to get an answer. I wouldn't be making a big deal out of this, if he hadn't of already charged my credit card.
I have sent him numerous e-mails telling him to just refund my money, but nothing has happened. I'm never doing buisness with him again!
