Advertised car decal letters 7" x 1" and sent me an entire sticker 7"x1", plus $1.95 sh and came with regular stamp, told me no refund

I ordered a car decal for my company to put on my window. Nothing fancy, just words. Online it said to customize you sticker and I chose 7" x 1" lettering.

The cost was $8 and $1.95 S&H, this was compareable to the other stores, so I ordered it.
A wwk later I get a regular sized envelope in the mail with a regular stamp, and inside was a tiny little sticker total size 7" x 1".
I e-mailed them and told them I wanted my money back for false advertisement, and they replied, it was a custom sticker and it was nonrefudable non returnable.
