Kristy and Matt Buchanan rented from me at the end of December07/starting Jan 08 after leaving Florida rather quickly. They are very good at being nice, telling lies, and stalling. BE AWARE.

They were late with rent when they paid, and also skipped out on the lease as of April. Only 3 months into the lease. They owe $750 in rent and late fees and left the home unrentable. The home was freshly painted, new carpet. The carpet is trashed, the walls are covered with hand prints, smut, pencil marks/crayons, the house SMELLS BAD, left the lawn covered with cigarett butts and the STOLE THE WASHER AND DRYER, AND THE CURTAINS WITH CURTAIN RODS, AND BLINDS.

I was extremely flexible with them due to the nature of contract work, and the fact that they had 5 kids. I loaned them a washer and dryer to use within the property at no monthly cost, offered to help provide childrens clothing, paid for minor repairs that was by contract their responsibility, gave them referrals for business/income jobs (which later feedback said they were unprofessional and messy), and this is how they still treated my property and family. So if I treated them that well, and they still did this to me, can you only imagine what they would do to anyone else???
