Steve pressured me to pay fee and after that he will not return a call

I got an e-mail about TimeShare rentals. Resales Buy Owner claims to be the largest in the country. I submitted a request for a rep to call me. Days later I spoke with Steve McGloughlin. I had week 52 to rent, which is over New Years. He guaranteed he could rent it out in several weeks. This is the hottest week. He told me he worked with people in town for Daytona races. He took my $300 from me and then said I would be getting a contract in the mail. It took a while to get, but the contract was for a lower price. It took about 15 phone calls to him to get him to e-mail an updated contract. I did so and faxed it back. Two months later I have tried to contact Steve over 50 times on his cell, 386-761-7058. He does not return a call. I saw that this company was listed on this site after the fact. I know for sure I got ripped off like others. My credit card company said they can't do much.
