Ripoff dishonest

I was trying to get an computer financed thru them. After not receiving any order info, I emailed to cancel my order. Did not hear from. Sent many emails and called their number many times. I have not been able to contact anyone. 5 days later I saw they have debited money from my account, over $300. I have contacted my bank to dispute the withdrawals. I have made a complaint with the BBB. I am also talking to my brother, who is a lawyer, about what to do next. I feel really stupid that I let myself be scammed.
