Ripoff canceling account mistreated on the internet

I got a free trial disk from aol. The free trail was to end on the 12th of may. I called them on the 13th and They said i should have called them on the 11th because they have already charged me for this month and that they do not pro-rate accounts. I just wan't other people to be aware of there practices in regardes to canelation.
