Themeware falsely sets you up with this lease. Deceptively, you think your lease is with a credit card merchant when its really with LEASECOM.

I gave my lawyer all my paperwork on these two partners in crime so I'm not completely sure of the city in California (home of Themeware-The Internet Tool Box), or the address of Leasecom, their affiliate scam artists.

They tell you and send paper work for a lease with a credit card merchant for like $58.00 a month. When you get all your paperwork, it all has to deal with this credit card merchant EXCEPT one piece of paper said LEASECOM on the top, thinking it an office paper for this merchant, you sign it...

Turns out, It is a seperate, i don't know, some sort of virtual online shopping page that cost like $89. Oo a month in itself, and has nothing to do with your credit card merchant account-they are two seperate bills now. Also, it is a 4 year, non-cancelling, good for nothing, account. NOW, BAD CREDIT...

After closing my business bank account with them, I stopped paying their monthly ridiculous fee for something I knew nothing about, I was finally served with court papers. I gave my lawyer all my papers (in June) that I had on these 2 companies scam, and $300 to get things started, and he yet to get back to me.
