America online free trial turns into continuess billing ripoff abused & mistreated rip-offs victimized many consumers rip-offs

Internet & Web

I picked up an aol disk 1000 hour free trial for 45 days from a local convienient store. I took the disk home and installed it. Upon installation I was prompted to call aol to have confirm after the 45 days if I choose to keep aol They vould bill my home phone.

The aol represenative whom I spoke with gave me a password and stated I was set to log on. When I went to log, I was propmted to re-install disk and re-enter my information.

I decided I didnt have time to start the process all over and assumed aol wasnt installed. Two months later I recieved a bill from aol. When I called and explained the situation the rep whom I spoke to was very rude and nasty.

The rep did see that I hadnt logged on to aol at all, but refused to take chages off my bill. The manager I spoke with was just as nasty and rude.

I cancled aol but continue to bbe billed every time call to cancle aol always offer me 3 months free service to stay a customer. Ive told aol four times Im no longer interested in their services but still get billed.
