Reflextive Arcade doesn't honor their own return policy Ripoff

On June 1 I ordered the full version of a game called Cake Mania.
The money was promptly taken out of my account and I was given my registration code.

As I was playing the game, it kept locking up and a few times shut itself down and all progress was lost even though I had been saving the game.

I looked on the reflexive website and read their return policy which states

"Reflexive offers a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase on all game purchases. If you are not completely satisified with your purchase within 30 days, please contact our support department at support@reflexive.net. Be sure to include your first and last name, the game you purchased, the date of purchase, the Order ID from your receipt and the reason for returning the game. You may also leave a message at 949-420-0697. We strive to respond to all e-mails and phone calls within 2 business days"

I first emailed June 3rd for a refund because of the problems that I had with the game. I received no response so I emailed again a few days later and still have not heard anything.
Today is now June 18th and I STILL have not received a word from them.
I want my refund!
