Defective game

I purchased a PC-game on 12/29 and wasn't educated that I really could not return it till after I'd created the purchase. Observe that nothing about the bill claims PC-games are non-returnable. The overall game I bought wouldn't deploy. I got it back and requested for an exchange. They essentially stated they mightnot since I could have on paper the code (taking the signal). And so I lost my cash in The Game End. A word-of caution—do not store there if you don't desire to be scammed in case your PC-game is faulty.
