Ripoff I paid for product and he did not send product and he refused refund

I was first contacted by a man that goes by William Jack by email on hotmail on June 8. He was selling cell phones and electronics at very good prices. I agreed to pay the amount of 100.00 dollars for an ipod video 30gb.

Hhe first stated that my package wasn't going to arrive because he was having problems with fedex and that I needed to send more money for the shipping. We agreed that I pay 50.00 and i did. All payments were of course through western union.

He told me my package would arrive at 10:00 am June 19. It did not arrive. I asked him what was going on and he told me that they packaged 5 ipods and I would have to pay for 3 and he would pay for the last.

When I told him I wouldn't and that I wanted a refund, he refused and told me that I would not receive my package unless I paid. He then told me that he would send it if I gave him a classified site to sell things on. Again, I told him no and he refuse to send my package and I havent heard from him. I have all of our conversations via email and my receipts from westerunion.
