Ripoff

Hello,
I read all of the reports on edp recording and I couldn't believe it!!! The same thing happend to me. I checked my bank account and there was a weird check number that just did not fit. THe amount was for $159.95. I immediately called my bank to find out what it was and all they could give me was a phone number. I called the number and it was a Saturday and they were not open. Imagine that!!! I called again on Monday and had to leave a message.

After leaving numerous messages day after day I am still waiting for someone to return my calls. Now I know why noone has. THe recording stressed to send them a e-mail but when I went to the site there was no place to send a e-mail. That made me even madder!!! It just makes me furious because when they took the 159.95 out of my account there wasn't that amount in there which caused a overdraft. The bank paid it which I now wish they hadn't of but they also charged us another 32.00 for the overdraft. I will get my money back or else!!! I will also get the 32.00 which the bank charged me too because if they had not taken out the 159.95 I would not have been over drawen and charged the additional 32.00. I am with whoever brings them down!!!

They definately need to be stopped at what they are doin to peoople. I am goin to call Debbie and hope that she can help me. IF not then I will try somebody else or somewhere else. I will not stop until the money is returned.
