Ripoff

In May I received my ordered Universal Translator ME and it did not work. It would not install. So I asked the company will I send it back for a replacement. Peter Yankulov said yes. Sice then no word, no refund or email response. I am 150 dollars out of pocket.

They have completely ignored me.
