Ripoff unauthorized charges to checking debit card & home phone bill internet

I responded to a pop-up. BIG MISTAKE! I thought I was getting a free credit report. This turned into a one time fee of $1.00.. I thought that's not so bad. I entered in my debit card #. My checking account was charged $1.00 I thought everything was okay. This was through a company called PRIVACY MATTERS. Still to this day, I have never received my credit report, but I have been charged $14.95 by Privacy Matters. That was a few days after the $1.00. I called the phone number to see what the story was. We agreed to cancel my "MEMBERSHIP". With a refund on the way... Well, they did refund the $1.00!! Then a month later I was charged $14.95 by GALLERIA USA -CT. Then again a month after that... in the mean time, my phone bill has been charged $14.95 two times (plus tax) from ESBI and INTEGRETEL. Turns out they are one in the same. Enhanced Service Billing, Inc. I have called ALL OF THEM. Many times. All promising refunds. Only to charge me $14.95 again, under a different name! All this from what I thought was a free credit report. Somehow they use the authorization from that to do all of this. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL!!! I'll let you know if I ever get them to stop or get more then that $1.00 refund...
