White Overnight
This Company took a simple 4.95 trial offer into over $100 in 3 days. Ontario California

Internet & Web

If you are thinking of taking advantage of a free trial offer from this company, DON'T. There is no free trial! 3 days after I signed up, my credit card was debited for $106.00. I notified them that it must've been a mistake. How can a free trial only be 3 days, when it takes the product about 2 weeks to show up? I was told to read the terms & conditions, and to my shock it says right there:
"TERMS: Within three to five (3-5) days of processing your (paraphrasing) application, 106.95 would be taken out of your account, the first payment was non-refundable (meaning there was no way for me to collect this money back whatsoever!) and another 106.95 would be billed every month after that.

Well I complained to Whiteovernight by e-mail, and by phone. When you call the 800 number, they don't answer and they don't return phone calls. E-mails simply said thanks for contacting them. I let them know I wanted this cancelled.

One month later, they took out another payment $106.95. I called, and called, finally Customer Service rep Oscar came on the line, said to send back the unused shipment which had conveniently only been mailed that day and I would receive a partial refund. I received an email from cswhiteovernight that said to respond "yes" and I would receive 100% refund. Oscar told me I was only "entitled" to a partial refund since they did not believe I called or e-mailed them. Apparently in order to cancel you have to receive a confirmation either by phone or email that you have actually been cancelled.

Since no one answered the previous calls or e-mails (even when I faxed them proof) I did eventually receive a partial refund. Out of $220. I got back 89.95. I guess that's something. I sure would like to see these vultures exposed for what they are.

Since the "free trial" stuff was sent and the first payment being non-refundable, we used their product, It does not work as well as they say it does. It made those 30 dollar teeth whitening products at the grocery store seem like a bargain. Buy those instead.
