Arch Computing's Proprietor aka as Chuck, lures prospective customers mainly military from Ft Carson, which his house is just outside the main gate, in by convincing them he was a NASA engineer. He built a computer for me in excess of $600. For which, all of the parts, except the case were from used computers. All of the software installed on the computer was pirated, after checking with Microsoft that he is not an authorized distributor of their products. His MO is, convincing prospective customers to leave their opld computers with him so that he may dispose of them.instead he takes all usable parts and install them in another computer and sell it as new.
