Website misleading but did refund full money Ripoff

Asentive Softward did refund my money after a couple of emails. Subsribed to their product "ActiveSpeed" on a 30-day trial period not a fourteen day trial. On the website they guarantee your money back during this period if you are not completely satisfied. The rebuttal inferred that I was confused about my order. I disagree.
