Ripoff i cancelled and they charged my credit card anyway

I downloaded activespeed and never used it because while downloading, the download was encripted. I sent three emails 5-days before the 30-day free trial period to cancel. Only an automated response.

Five days later on the 30th day i get an email that says thanks for your business and they charged my credit card anyway. They won't return my emails.
