Aol
DSL item returned, acknowledging letter, still being charged monthly 8/9 months

Ordered DSL from AOL, with 30 day return option. Didn't even open the box returned it to address given by AOL in August last year.

Have been charged every month since. Have spoken with at least 2 women on their billing staff who assured me that the money would be credited back, and that no more charges would be made to my account.

Even got a letter from them acknowledging receipt back of the item. Protested debits with my credit card company who say I cannot stop the payments being charged. Only AOL can do that.
