Failed to issue a $50.00 rebate for MSNTV Internet Receive

I purchased a Microsoft Internet Receiver Model RCA RM4100 on December 13 from Circuit City. The receiver came with two rebates; one for $100.00 & another for $50.00. I received the $100.00 rebate in February but did not receive the $50.00 rebate. I called the rebate telephone 1- (877) 224-8966 & was told that a rebate check in the amount o $50.00 was issued and the check no. Is 1378844. I have yet to receive it.
