Soyo Rebate Center ripoff dishonest approved rebate but never sent out the rebate check

I have purchased a SOYO motherboard model SY-P4I865PE V1.0 on 9/14/04. I have filled out the 2 rebate forms completely and sent to SOYO. One rebate in the amount of $35 and the other in the amount of $40. Total of $75 in rebates.

I have tried many times to contact SOYO and they referred me to their rebate center number 909-292-2500. I never was able to contact a representative at this number. I want my 2 rebates in the amount of $35 and $40. I have all the copies of proof of documentation.
