Dvdbargains4u & Deb Ezell ripoff, using internet as a cover for their ripoff

This "company" hides behind established internet companies like Amazon, Overstock & such to cover themselves.

I ordered a dvd thru dvdbargains4u from Amazon.com. Received an e-mail from Deb Ezell at dvdbargains4u that my order was received, in stock & would be shipped 1-2 business days & I should receive the dvd in 10 business days. Great, as it was to be a gift for my mother.

The money cleared my bank account the next day, so I was under the impression that all was well.

In the original e-mail "Deb" stated to contact her before leaving negative feedback, hmmmmmm. Being a satisfied long standing customer of Amazon.com, I wasn't worried even by that comment.

Well after the 10 business days passed & no dvd had arrived I sent an e-mail to "Deb" asking for a USPS tracking number, no reply. A couple of days later I sent another email to "Deb" again, no reply. I started getting angry.

I contacted Amazon & at this point I'm working with them to resolve the matter as it seems to be a trend with dvdbargains4u.

It has been over a month since I first got an e-mail from these people, but boy they sure got my money!
I will continue to use Amazon.com but if I ever find that wench "Deb" if that is even her name, it'll be a sorry day for her.

If anybody runs into that "business" on the internet stay clear! They WILL rip you off!
