Ripoff, dishonest, will not give credit for returned merchandise

I ordered a cell phone case from this company in Feb. 06. I returned it within two days of receipt. I followed the posted return instructions and as of 4/5/06 I have not received a credit. I have called and emailed repeatedly. No one answers their "customer service" line and emails are ignored as well. It was only $13.00 but that is my $13.00 and I'm entitled to have it returned.
