Return with no return Can't Remembe

Marquel sells cell phone accesories on line. I had ordered a number of things from them for a couple of years. Once I had ordered a phone case, and it was damaged, so I sent it back. I never heard anything about it again. So I read the return policy and I started doubting that I fallowed the intructions correctly in sending it back. I just let it go. Last year my wife and I decided to get with the Blue tooth technology, so we baught 2 razor phones. To get our cordless headsets, we went to Marquel.com. We picked out 2 headsets that looked nice and ordered them. They were almost $140.00 after taxes and shipping. When we recieved them, we tried them out and found that the person on the recieving end could not understand the person speaking into the headset.

So we fallowed the instuctions on sending them back to have them replaced with a diferent type that cost a little more. (I made sure to fallow the instructions to the letter this time.) We never heard from them again nor did we recieve any type of a refund. When I tried to contact them by phone, all I got was a recording to leave a message. I left several messages with no response. This company will rip you off. If you recieve damaged merchandise, chalk it up as a loss. You will not get any type of a refund or exchange. They are crooks!!!
